TR Integrity Care currently provides disability support services to plan-managed and self managed NDIS participants accross Sydney. 

What services do you provide?

TR Integrity Care provides person-centred disability support services including personal care, community participation, household tasks, transport assistance, shopping assistance, social support, daily living support and companionship. Services are tailored to each participant’s individual goals and needs.

Yes. TR Integrity Care provides flexible, person-centred support based on each participant’s individual goals, preferences and support needs.

How are services invoiced?

For Plan-Managed participants, invoices can be sent to the participant's plan manager. For Self-Managed participants, invoices are provided directly to the participant or their nominated representative.
